Visual therapy is a system of exercises that strengthen the functioning of the eye. This includes strengthening the eye muscles that move and stabilize the eye as well as internal muscles that change focal length.
If these muscles are weak it can make reading very difficult. Symptoms include difficulty in tracking a line or Letters and words appearing to jump around on page. vision therapy can help in these areas.
