We guarantee that our system will produce positive results if you follow the program.
If you do not see any positive results after completing 30 days of the program you may request a refund.
To qualify for a refund you must
- Open lesson emails
- Do 5-15 minutes of exercises per day
- Mark lessons in your account as complete as you finish each lesson
- Keep a daily log of lessons and observations.

Monthly Subscription Cancellations
Monthly subscription cancellations must be done prior to subscription renewal. Cancellation is done by logging into the customer payment portal. Portal login information is sent by email at subscription creation. For your convenience portal login information is also sent with every invoice.
Cancellation is solely the responsibility of the customer.
If you are having difficulty canceling you may email us and request we cancel for you. However, you must allow five business days before renewal for us to cancel for you. Requests sent later than five business days will be canceled prior to the following renewal date.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you have requested a refund you will need to send us your completed exercises and daily logs. Once your lessons and logs are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds are not available for free trial programs. You are responsible for canceling your trial prior to the charge date.
