Kira is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Ohio who specializes in working with individuals, intimate relationships, and families who identify as part of the gender, sexuality, and relationship structure diverse community. She also enjoys providing educational panels, lectures, and presentations on topics including mental healthcare challenges faced by diverse populations, non-monogamy, alternative sexuality, and more. She leads several therapies and support groups including a Parents of LGBTQ+ Youth peer support group and a gender and sexual minority group therapy. Kira currently owns her own private practice, Affirming Pathways Psychotherapy, LLC, and is a resident at the Ohio State University’s Couples and Family Therapy Clinic.
